    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputpy Chairlady, I am one of the people who have been victims of by-elections and I know how serious this thing can be. I want to propose a further amendment to the amendment. I wish to propose:- THAT, we delete the entire Regulation 45 and replace it with “the candidate shall sign a self-declaration form which is Schedule I to the Integrity Act.” If I may explain a little bit; we will be having this Integrity Act which will take care of all these things. So, we need to remove the entire Regulation 45."
