    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. You will bear with me that it is starting to dawn on us that we are getting tired. There is a small, but very important issue which is forcing me to request for recommital of Regulation 88. Regulation 88 is speaking to the issue of gazettement and announcement of the results of the Presidential elections. When it talks about the Commission, we have to be specific in law, who in the Commission is doing it, lest two different people within the Commission announce two different results. So, I want us to make it clear that the Chairman, as the spokesperson of the Commission, is the one who will gazette and announce. I have already spoken to the Minister and he has no objection for that recommital."
