    "content": "I beg to move: THAT, Regulation 1 be amended by- (a) inserting the expression “(General)” immediately after the word “Elections”; (b) Inserting the words “and shall come into effect upon publication in the Gazette” at the end thereof. This is to make sure that the regulations are referred to as the Draft Elections General Regulations and saying that these regulations shall come into effect upon publication in the Gazette."
