    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, regulation 3 be amended by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately before paragraph (a)- “(aa) implement Article 88(4)(g) of the Constitution. This is basically to add the reason why the IEBC should be doing voter education in the objectives because the Constitution requires them to do it. So, we are inserting implementing Article 88(4) (g) of the Constitution as one of the objectives."
