    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Regulations be amended by deleting Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 13 and substituting therefor the following new Sub- Regulation- (3) A member of the constituency committee, other than an ex officio member, shall be appointed for a term of three years and shall be eligible for re-appointment for one further term of two years. The reason for this amendment is the same as to the one I gave to my amendment to Regulation 10."
