    "content": "leave any doubt as to who will be responsible for the declaration of the results. It has to be the chairman of the Commission. Therefore, I beg to move:- THAT, Regulation 88(4)(b) be amended by inserting the word “Chairman of the Commission”. This will read that upon the receipt of a certificate under sub-regulation 1, “the Chairman of the Commission shall”. That will also apply to the statement that “provided that the Commission may declare a candidate elected as the President---“. We just need to insert the word “chairman of the Commission”."
