    "content": "asked the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security:- (a) whether he could confirm that police officers arrested Mr. Peter George Odhiambo on 8th December, 1999 and on or about 14th December, 1999 was charged by the Central Bank of Kenya Banking Fraud Investigations Department; (b) whether he could give details or reasons for his arrest including a copy of the investigations report, investigations diary, statement of the suspect, witness statements and the charge sheet; and, (c) whether Mr. Odhiambo was also charged with the offence of forgery and making false documents for the purpose of applying for a visa to migrate to the United States of America and was the crime detected by the US Embassy in Nairobi."
