However, note this point: Ministers are not available here to answer Questions, but this Government can arrest me when I am in my constituency. Why can they not work that efficiently? We had a Press Conference in the morning and the same afternoon they wanted to arrest me. Yet for a Question that has been before this House for so many months, the Ministers are not available to answer. How do you reconcile the two?"
