However, as much as I agree with the Minister that it is the President who eventually appoints the Director, due process must be followed. I would like to know from the Minister whether due process was followed and whether the Kenya Wildlife Board was involved in competitively sourcing for the people and presenting three names to the President before he made a decision on who to appoint as the Director or the KWS."
