Is the Minister in order to tell Parliament that because it is an armed organization it cannot stay without a head, yet the Commandant of the Administration Police retired to go and campaign? There was an acting head who has now been interviewed through due process. Is he in order to mislead this House, considering that there is a precedent already created in the Administration Police wing, which is also an armed wing of the armed forces?"
