The same report has been communicated to the parents of the deceased. Could he provide documentary evidence that this has been done? He needs to lay a copy of the report before the House for perusal. This is because we normally get a lot of information that something has been done, but in effect it has not been down. Could he, please, lay the same report before the House?"
