    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, if I recall very well, the Question relating to the number of cases was specific to Nairobi and it did not mention Karachuonyo. To that Question, I said that I was not at that point in time aware how many cases were out there. I promised to go, verify, come and report to this House. Secondly, I want to assure Eng. Rege that we are taking this investigation seriously, not because the person involved was a senior Government officer, but because we do not want cases where civilians or any other person is murdered and the culprits involved go scot-free."
