With respect to Order No.10 which is the Sports Bill, Bill No.43 of the year 2012, the prevailing position is that the Minister in charge of Youth Affairs and Sports was in the process of moving this Bill when time ran out. Therefore, debate was interrupted and he has to complete moving the Bill. Under those circumstances, because the Minister is away on official business out of the country, I am obligated to defer Order No.10 until the week beginning 28th November, 2012 when the Minister is expected to be back in the country."
