    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is one of the commissions that have not generated the greatest confidence in itself. From what the hon. Members have said, you can see that this Commission needs more time than what is indicated. If you look at the injustices that it will be dealing with, including issues of gender, issues of insecurity in Marigat, Baringo and other areas like we are seeing now, they are from historical injustices. My suggestion is that I will push an amendment that they be given an extension but only to give a report because they cannot do all they need to do in nine months. They cannot perform miracles."
