    "content": "Samburu women through rape by the British Army but the matter has not been investigated. My appeal is that if this report comes without the TJRC visiting all parts of the country where atrocities were committed, it would be incomplete. So, I want to appeal to the Minister to ensure that with this extension, the TJRC should be able to visit those areas."
