This Bill is doing what it must do, which is to remove the conflict of interest in the Vetting Board, particularly in the presence of the JSC. It also aims at cushioning the Vetting Board because it enables the Board to stand on its own and do its work as required without any fear of being questioned. With that, I support this Bill."
