Could he confirm that the report which was produced by the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) on the strength of which their purported licence was given, had an advice that the licence could not be given and that it was corrupt NEMA officials who gave the licence contrary to the recommendations of the committee and the report that it purports the licence was given?"
