    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank Mr. Mwaita for bringing up this issue about arbitration and reconciliation and thank the Attorney-General for a very well researched answer to this Question and for recognizing himself, you and me as premier members of this Society. It must have been noticed by hon. Members that those who are properly qualified and experienced in arbitration approach the issues of conflict with level-headedness. It is a course that I would recommend for all Members of this House. This is because if we do that, then we would be able to resolve some of these conflicts that we have between regions and constituencies. Therefore, in those circumstances for the sake of Mr. Mwaita and those who might wish to know, when is the ground going to be open for any Member of this House who may wish to apply for examinations to be members of the Kenya Chapter of the CIArb?"
