    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I remember about two years ago, I asked a similar Question about increment of zonal and quality assurance officers and the answer was similar to the one which has been given now. It said that they are working on a structure and once it is ready, they will be able to employ officers and services would improve. It is even worse in some areas like in my constituency where we have about 200 schools with only six officers. How long will the Minister take to finish this restructuring and employ inspectors of schools because it looks like an excuse so that hon. Members can be satisfied?"
