    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am not aware of the conversation between the relatives and the hospital officers in that regard. What I know is that the patient died as a result of suspected contamination by anthrax. He was reported to have slaughtered a dead animal one week before admission and the symptoms leading to his death were very good indication that the possibility of an anthrax infection could not be ruled out. After that, the conversation that led to the relatives believing that he could be transferred to Nairobi was overtaken by events because he died before anything could be done to that effect."
