    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the issue of patients dying in the hands of doctors and nurses as a result of negligence is a worrying concern. The Minister knows that I have been having two running cases regarding Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) where, clearly, some amount of negligence is evident from the way the patients were handled and yet no action, apparently, has been taken. Could the Minister confirm or deny that the attitude of people at his Ministry is making many Kenyans die because doctors know that whether they kill people or not, no action will be taken against them?"
