    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Minister should realize that some of these questions are very personal to us because they involve negligent killing of relatives. How can he say that the Board is meticulous when he knows that for two years, I have raised the case of my brother with him and the Board has not even contacted me? These cases are personal and the Minister cannot come here and invoke the name of God when the doctors are negligent."
