The Member for Rarieda raised a valid point of order; whether or not you are in order to mislead the House that this case does not amount to professional negligence, whereas there is a case he cited of his brother in which the facts are almost similar and it amounted to professional negligence. So, Mr. Minister, your answer would simply have been, from what you have said that you are not aware unless a specific Question is brought. The rest of the story you are telling is unnecessary."
