    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister has said in his Statement that the raid took place on 19th October, 2012 and it was not until 9th November that security officers were deployed to recover the stolen animals. Why did it take that long before the security personnel pursued the stolen animals? Secondly, the intention of the security operation being carried out is to apprehend the bandits and recover the stolen animals. Could the Minister tell us whether any progress has been made in respect of the recovery of the stolen animals and equipment?"
