    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Minister was probably part of the rest of Kenyans who watched the interviews that were going on in search of the Inspector General of Police. One of the interviewees who happens to be the spokesman of the Police, Mr. Kiraithe, clearly said that as far as he knows, that was not an operation of the police. That was a statement that shocked Kenyans because that was the Police spokesman who spoke. Could the Minister clarify that what Mr. Kiraithe said is true; that the operation in Baragoi was not an operation of the police as was said by the Police spokesman?"
