    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I seek your guidance on this. Listening to the Minister, she is talking of having a Bill which is aligning issues with the new Constitution. Our Constitution contemplates 22 Ministries. Looking at the three Ministries, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Livestock Development and Ministry of Fisheries Development, all these will be lumped together. I seek your guidance on this that this Bill seeks to remove the Ministry of Livestock Development as a Ministry."
