    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is true that I visited Ndaragwa and saw the pathetic roads. Some of the roads, especially Maili Nne to Maili Kumi already had funds allocated and I am disturbed by the information that the hon. Member has raised on the Floor of the House. I will follow to see why they have not taken action and why they have not obeyed my orders. They have to explain where they have taken that money. Roads must be built, especially when the Government and Parliament have allocated funds."
