    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to take this opportunity to make the following statement with regard to business for next week. Concerning the business for next week, the House Business Committee (HBC) agreed to consider among other things following the presidential memorandum on the Finance Bill of 2012, a First Reading of all the Bills that have been published and matured including also the Committee Stage of all the Bills that have passed the Second Reading stage. Mr. Speaker, Sir, in the course of next week we shall also consider a Motion on the formula of allocation of funds to the county governments among others. Priority will also be given to the business that will not have been concluded today and Tuesday. Finally, the HBC will be meeting on Tuesday, the 27th of November to consider business for the rest of the week."
