"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, there is a tendency by the current Government that every time there is a problem, there is the temptation to rush and use the military. We will give you free advice. The more you do it, the more they will find out that the civil authority is not able and will remove you from those offices and take over. This is not Congo. I think there is something very wrong with the Government because this is the first Government where, when policemen are killed, a Minister who sits in the Cabinet will call a press conference and justify it. The Minister, Mr. Haji, said that there was no authority given by the civilian authority for the military to take action and the Assistant Minister has confirmed. Mine is very simple; that this should never have been allowed. That temptation of acting on anger by the military, in as much as you want to take action, is wrong. We want to know which officers and what action you are taking on those officers who decided that there is no rule of law in this country and took the law into their hands and failed to follow the law as provided for in the Constitution."
