    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Motion. As I support the Motion, I want, first of all, to go on record that the action by the Executive to deploy the military to deal with internal instability is in contravention of the Constitution. It is important that action be taken immediately against the people who are contravening the Constitution; every KDF officer who has been deployed should be withdrawn and taken back to the barracks. It is important that there is obedience to the Constitution. Having said that, I want to support that Mrs. Gumato Ukur Yatani be a member of the National Gender and Equality Commission. This will go a long way in strengthening this Commission. From the report, Mrs. Gumato is qualified and competent and has a wealth of experience to bring to this Commission. I support."
