"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, allow me to make the following famous quotes on climate change before I proceed with my presentation. The first one is by Ban Ki Moon, the Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN). He made this quote in July 2010: It says:- “Climate change is not going away. The risks and the costs of inaction grow each year. The more we delay, the more we will have to pay in lost opportunities, resources and life.” The second quote is by De Boer, the Executive Secretary of United Nations Framework Convention on Climate change. He made this quote in November 2007. He says:- “The world has recognized that climate change is no longer solely on an environmental problem. Rather, it has become an economic, trade and security issue that will increasingly dominate global and national policies as its impact become more apparent. We know the cost of inaction outweigh the cost of action.”"
