Member, I think that this body should not have anything to do with the Government. It should be an independent body and as we move to the Third Reading, which we hope will be soon, given the nature of business that we are handling, hon. Members should move the necessary amendments to give this body independence or to make it a body of professionals and not a body that can be subject to interference by any Government agency.
