    "content": "The issue of alcohol and alcohol abuse is well known to everyone. It is shocking that the Chairman of the Committee decides that we have 12 hours of drinking, one hour to prepare and one hour to close; that makes 14 hours. That means, Kenyans should prepare themselves to drink from 11 o’clock to midnight. If that is good for the economy, I beg to differ. It cannot be. It will not be because you have 14 hours of drinking, two hours of working and that makes 16 hours of drinking and working and eight hours of sleep. A working nation cannot be based on a drinking culture."
