The neighborhood schools can be dealt with, even at Basilica’s level, in a better way. For example, by erecting a wall, a barrier or a board that has a positive message between the two institutions. In my amendment, that has been taken care of so that you cure the 300 meters rule. Hon. Kapondi has done this and it is a big problem because he is the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security. It is a big problem.
