    "content": "As indicated above, the Fund has realized benefits from this effort. Our suspense account has reduced, meaning that many more members have made their claims. Membership increased and customer satisfaction levels were raised. (c) This expense will not, in any way, reduce the intended benefits for the members as it was provided for in the Budget under the Item “Member Education and Advertisement”. This is an important component of any corporate organization. Indeed, the current compounded interest which is supposed to be at 2.5 per cent is now at 7.5 per cent paid to members accounts and is the highest in the last 10 years."
