    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the question of the cost of spending at the NSSF is of great concern to all Kenyans. Could the Minister tell the House whether he intends, or he has any plans, to address the issue of administering this Fund? We all know that the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) can actually do the administration of this Fund by way of collecting money on behalf of this body, so that all these thieves whom the Minister has refused to arrest are not given an opportunity to administer the Fund."
