For the last few months, all NSSF investments have been done by Fund Managers, who are competitively recruited. We do not handle money investments except in the case of wider reforms like advertisements which you have just heard about. The core amount of money that is in NSSF, that is over Kshs110 billion, is under Fund Managers. That is a fundamental shift from what we know. We do not handle money now. It is the Fund Managers who handle the money."
