    "content": "asked the Minister for Environment and Mineral Resources: (a) if he is aware that the chemical fumes emitted by the Steel Rolling Mills Factory in Kikuyu Town have seriously affected the health of the residents and the environment of the area; (b) if he is further aware that due to public complaints, NEMA closed the factory for six months in 2005, but it was re-opened under unclear circumstances; and (c) what urgent action he will take to ensure that the residents of Kikuyu Town are relieved from health hazards of the pungent fumes emitted by the factory and their living environment restored."
