    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I thank the Assistant Minister for the answer, I want to bring to the attention of this House that in the past five years since I was elected, we have built over 200 classrooms through the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) but the number of teachers who have been deployed are less than 50 in the last five years. There are high rates of enrolment in all these schools. I have an example of a school which has over 2,000 pupils but only eight teachers. With this kind of teacher-pupil ratio, how do we expect these children to perform at par with other parts of this country?"
