    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I have the benefit of the HANSARD because this is a Question that is coming for the second time. What the Assistant Minister was required to do is what he offered. He said: “I was dealing with the issue of the payments which were due to these workers. As regards the winding up, I am not aware of that. If the hon. Member wishes that I should look for more information and report back to the House, I am willing to find out exactly what is happening.” That is what he was supposed to be telling us this afternoon but, instead, he is answering a Question which he answered previously."
