    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, initially, one of the parties went to court and was given an order and an award. The management of African Safari Club Ltd did not go to court. So, when the court order was being executed by the Union, the management of the African Safari Club Ltd went to court. I want to assure the hon. Member that, immediately, the order is released from court and the award given, we shall assist the Union to execute the order so that the property of African Safari Club Ltd can be attached. That way, we will get money to offset the debts, salaries or dues which African Safari Club Ltd owes to its former employees. Mr. Speaker, Sir, in the Employment Act, there is a provision in case African Safari Club Ltd become insolvent. I think the Minister for Labour can approach the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), at least, to get some funds to pay the affected employees."
