    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the ideal situation is to post officers when all these facilities are in place such as quarters and also when vehicles are available. There has been considerable growth of the police service over the last five years. So, we do face a big challenge in providing facilities. I can also say that the Ministry was able to get substantial funds to acquire vehicles, being one of the facilities which are very critical. We are now in the middle of procurement for the vehicles since we got Kshs1.4 billion. The procurement is in process and when we get these vehicles we will give the officers the necessary facilities."
