    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. You will note that the Government’s position is coming after this House laboured to pass rules relating to Diaspora voting. It is coming after the biometric voter registration kits (BVR) have arrived and after registration of voters has commenced countrywide, but not in the Diaspora and after the IEBC has set aside - I am told - 47 kits for the Diaspora. What informed the Government’s decision at the eleventh hour, and does this not amount to interference with the IEBC instead of being a facilitator to the electoral body, he is now obstructing registration of the Diaspora?"
