    "content": "vote but they have put it in law that they register but you vote at home because of integrity. How will we be sure that if we take the BVR kits to Washington DC, Nigerians will not register to vote as Kenyans? How will we be sure that if we give somebody a right in Los Angeles, somebody in Alaska will not complain if we are talking about universal rights? I want the Minister to commit or, at least, tell us what the Government will do in terms of research so that we do not do something because we want to politically please people?"
