Is it in order for the Minister to say they are giving support to IEBC when he has just confessed that the Government made the decision, not the IEBC? The Government made a decision that was informed by a court decision. Is it in order for the Government to make a decision that is constitutionally reserved for the IEBC? Some of us know that the IEBC was actually ready for Diaspora registration and had set aside 47 biometric kits for that."
