    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I am wondering whether the Minister is in order to purport that it is the responsibility of Government to decide where elections will take place and where they should not take place, bearing in mind that if the Government, indeed, saw a problem they should have raised a red flag to the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee (CIOC) of Parliament. We do not forget that the particular Minister is a Presidential candidate; he has said he has gone round. Who knows? Perhaps, he realized that the Diaspora was hostile to him and came back to his office to ensure that they do not vote!"
