After the failure of those kits, the staff disappears from those centres. Therefore, the constituents are left helpless. What is the Minister doing about that? Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the other one which is a bit serious is about the laminating films. They are not there in those centres, meaning the generated cards are incomplete. That is very serious because we want very high quality cards. What is he doing about that?"
