This is because when the Commision on Allocation of Revenue first talked about this issue, very many of us made noise and we were very apprehensive. But, finally, it has come before us and due diligence has taken place. I wish to support it. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, listening to the two Senators-in-waiting who have spoken before me, hon. Ethuro and Prof. Anyang’-Nyong’o, I have no doubt that this role which his currently being discharged by this Committee will be adequately tackled by us when we shall sit in the Upper House.
