    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank the Assistant Minister for the brief answer. However, I would like him to note that the Government embarked on a very ambitious project of fencing 420 kilometres of this area. The Government spent Kshs600 million. However, the Fence Attendants are poorly paid. In fact, they are paid Kshs9,200 per month. Could the Government review this poor rate so that the Fence Attendants are able to cope with the current inflation in the country?"
