Maybe this is something that was overlooked because of the nature of the work and the environment in which employment was being carried out. I hope that as soon as the Trust is put in place, this will be a matter that we cannot overlook anymore. I think that gender quota should be considered in any recruitment, be it for casual workers or permanent employees."
